Pneumatic and Manual Clipping Machines for Sealing Packaging
Uniclip clipping machines seal plastic bags, produce nets, sausage casings and water-filled bags with an aluminum clip, with no tape or knots. Four lines: the manual MM for lower volumes, the pneumatic M and MC for production lines running up to 40 cycles per minute, and the double-rail MD-200. Built in São Paulo for 32 years, sized to your packaging and tested before purchase.

| Line | Drive | Air pressure | Cadence | Compatible clips | Package up to | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| MM (MM-1 to MM-4) | Manual lever with tempered hammer | No air needed | Up to 2,000 packages/day | R-10 (MM-1), S-524 and S-528 (MM-2), 600 series (MM-3), 700 series (MM-4) | 2 to 8 kg | Lower volumes, benchtop, water-filled bags (live fish), small runs |
| M (M-1 to M-4) | Benchtop pneumatic, foot pedal | Up to 6 bar | Up to 40 cycles/min | R-10 (M-1), S-524 and S-528 (M-2), 600 series (M-3), 700 series (M-4) | 2 to 8 kg | Meat plants, whole poultry, cuts, cheese and bagged goods on continuous lines |

Pressure above 6 bar overloads the pneumatic lines. For potato bales that need the 600 series, the right machine is the M line, not the MD-200.
Which clipping machine for each package
Start from what you pack. The weight sets the clip, and the clip sets the model.
Plastic bag
Whole poultry, vacuum cuts, offal, cheese and bagged goods. The bag is gathered at the neck and receives an omega clip.
M line (M-3 or M-4) · MM line for low volume
Produce net
Garlic, potatoes, onions and citrus in tubular nets. The MD-200 applies two clips and cuts the net in the same cycle.
MD-200 with S-524/S-528 · M line for bales needing the 600 series
Casing and tubular packaging
Sausage, salami and cheese in casings or tubes. The jaw closes diameters up to 60 mm coupled to the stuffer.
MC line (MC-3 or MC-4)
Water and oxygen bag
Live fish, fingerlings and ornamentals. The clip seals the inflated bag without piercing it or losing pressure.
MM line or M line with 600/700 series

Why Opt for Uniclip Clippers?
FAQ: Clipping Machines and Clippers
What is the difference between manual and pneumatic clipping machines?
The manual clipping machine (MM Line) operates mechanically via a lever without electricity or compressed air, sealing up to 2,000 packages per day. The pneumatic clipping machine (M Line and MC Line) connects to an air compressor, features an ergonomic foot pedal, and reaches up to 40 cycles per minute in continuous production lines.
What air pressure is recommended for Uniclip pneumatic clippers?
Up to 6 kg (kgf/cm² / bar). This is the calibrated working pressure for the M, MC and MD-200 lines. Running above this limit does not increase output and accelerates wear on the hammer, pneumatic cylinder and dies.
